Message was read stating the Governor signed the following bill on                                                              
May 17 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                                                                 
Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 145(FIN) "An Act relating to                                                                        
     benefits for public assistance programs administered by the                                                                
     Department of Health and Social Services; and providing for
